As he closes out services, reduce services, and closes entire departments ... these positions are filled by employees who are no on the unemployment line ...

Politically, I think it was a bad idea. Humanely, I think it was a good idea. Parentally, I think it was an absolutely necessary idea. Biden is leaving politics and has nothing to gain by not doing so.
