Been getting some solid hobbit paces the past few days, surely rekky soon
I've also been tweaking and testing the thumbnail a lot still. I really like the current version so I went back and made a similar styled one for The Hobbit which also seemed to perform better. Maybe a consistent style I'll stick with from now on, we'll see.

I was testing 2 thumbnails for the video thinking that the text only version would be the clear winner, but it turns out the Madeline one actually did ever so slightly better. Not a clear victory by any means but it's the one I personally preferred (and took more effort) so I'm pretty happy about it

I don't normally give this comment much attention. Yet with the recent opinion I'm seeing towards very long form content becoming sloppy and sloppier I can't help but wonder where I fit on the spectrum. Where's the line between things I want to give extra attention and things that are "filler"?
