Agreed. Though, I would say you could read between the lines on this “If you resign under this program, you will retain all pay and benefits REGARDLESS OF YOUR DAILY WORKLOAD”. To maintain control, work could and likely would be shifted away from these individuals.

And one or more of those days needs to be on a weekday, not a Saturday
