𝗜 have several set on my watch or phone to keep me on track daily. Every 45 minutes, I pause for deep breathing; each hour, I stand up to stretch or move; three times a day, I refocus on my goals.

And, of course, I have one set to log off and go home.

Snack Attack

Here’s a quick recipe for power balls.

INGREDIENTS
270g rolled oats
125 crunchy peanut butter
75g milled flaxseed
250g date puree
70g coconut oil

Mix ingredients together and either press into an oblong shape or shape into 16 balls. Chill, cut oblong into 16.

Dark, rainy mornings make it hard to hit the gym, but I still get my workouts done at home. No commute, no waiting for equipment. Even without gear, you can do full-body workouts in just 10-30 minutes. I prefer mornings over after-work sessions—get it done, rain or shine!
