I just miss syndicated TV in general. Being able to pump out 20+ episode seasons of fun tv. The best shows were able to extended beyond the formula, the good shows were able to pass the time, the bad shows were canceled after season 1.

You can call that era Gene Rodenberry's Andromeda Complex.
