Today I received very good news :) Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education decided to award me a scholarship for outstanding young scientists. Once again, the saying turns out to be true: "Third time's a charm!"

A book of mine has just been published online (OA) based on my PhD thesis ‘The Paradox of Legal Luck in the Context of Criminal Liability’. Although it's in Polish, I hope that someone in the age of AI translators will reach for it. Enjoy!

I've put together a quick take on how Tusk's government isn't properly funding Polish academia. It's worth a look over the weekend (AI translators rock).

I've put together a quick take on how Tusk's government isn't properly funding Polish academia. It's worth a look over the weekend (AI translators rock).
