There is something comforting when your cat,
despite having access to lots of other spaces,
at the end of the day just wants to stay in the same room as you or simply anywhere where she can get a good vantage point to keep an eye on you (and you her).

This month alone she's had to go to the vet 3 times for different reasons, it's hard not to feel like a bad pawrent 😓
Also spent a third of minimum wage on vet visits, so my metaphorical pocket is not happy too.

Vet thinks it might be that she got some bacterial infection from licking what she's not supposed to, and that messes up her guts. So far, her appetite is a little better.
She's starting to hate the never-ending courses of meds though but at least she doesn't have many teef to bite my fingers off.

And she's disinterested in high-value treats again after the toilet trip. Usually it's her who'd finish Junebug's food, now it's the other way around.

Update: She's got better appetite last night with both wetfood, kibbles, and treats (although not 100% her usual self yet), but the diarrhea saga hasn't ended.
It's been about 38 hours since her first runny accident.
While the weather seems ok, vet we go. Again.

Waiting to see how her poopoo is today. Hopefully the diarrhea doesn't continue beyond 24 hours, or else we'll have to go to the vet.

She's finished her wetfood soup from last night (about 1/4 portion).
This morning, she had some more, still only 1/4. She usually finishes 3/4 in one sitting.

Meowmi had 3 incidents last night with runny poopoo and vomit over the span of maybe 2 hours tops.
She had her last meal maybe 5+ hours before the first incident. Maybe it was the old hairball passing through that triggered it?
