Sorry to hear Gordon Ramsey has Basal Cell Carcinoma. Hopefully he quickly recovers. In tribute to the many hours of entertainment he has provided our household over the years, we made his Beef Wellington recipe last night for the first time.

That pick is fantastic and way better than the one I took when we visited. No cosmos, just regular ole Stonehenge but it was a bucket list place for me, so I loved it.
