'Ordo amoris' is an interesting phrase. It's attributed to Augustine by Aquinas and other writers, but isn't found in Augustine's work at all. The earliest source is the ninth-century writer Sedulius Scottus (Collectaneum XIII.iii.5). So 'ordo amoris' is fake medieval news.
