Joe Cedillo was incarcerated when he was 18. On Dec. 10, Joe was released after spending 38 years behind bars. That’s after a state court of appeals said it would retroactively apply a 2022 MI Supreme Court ruling that deemed unconstitutional automatic sentences of life w/out parole for 18 yr olds.
