Not that it matters most of the money is spent in the US, because that requires understanding literally anything.

Also be sure to check compatibility with manufacturer documentation, especially Black Magic, they dont play nice with all drives and that might be your formatting issue

Check out the Orico NVME enclosure, it has good venting for heat. Been using it on shoots for awhile with my SSDs, long and short form without issue.
