It's so stupidly simple: Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia could end the war at any time by leaving Ukraine. Russia is 100% at fault. Ukraine has every right to defend itself.

SCOTUS should not interfere with a law passed by Congress unless it blatantly violated the constitution. Requiring divestment of tictoc by Chinese govt doesn't seem like it violates the constitution. You may not agree with law but if they overturned it that is a dangerous precedent.

In this case while I don't necessarily agree with the ban (though I have severe concerns of the influence of the app from the Chinese government). I also think Congress has the right to ban it. Courts overriding laws passed by Congress should only be in cases of blatant violations of constitution.
