A very lovely Stagmomantis limbata (?) striking a pose. Its body and gaze is facing left, but its head is turned towards the viewer. I was eating outside when Latrodectus geometricus got stuck on the lid of my ketchup container! A friend of mine helped me safely remove it. A Phidippus audax greeted me on my way home. It jumped out in front of me and calmly walked around while I snapped some pictures. How kind. Platycheirus trichopus, also known as the Western Forest Sedgesitter, living up to its name by resting atop a Taraxacum officinale. Not much of a mold breaker, if you ask me.
