That’s the point. On twitter if your account is private, the user can see follow requests and decide to allow it or not. Most of the accounts who have followed me are bots and it’s annoying to block them each time.

I get more spam bots on here than twitter and I’ve sent one bluesky message since November. And you can’t make your account so you have to approve followers. It’s trash.
