At my signing yesterday, a teen boy showed up after asking his boss for time off so he could meet me and get his books signed. We talked for several minutes.
Also, a teen girl came with her dad, and her dad said they drove two hours to come see me and get her book signed.

Congrats to Sunrise on the Reaping by Suzanne Collins for winning the Dragon Award! So cool. But guess what?! The Doctor from Star Trek: Voyager was the emcee and he read my name! It was pretty awesome. I was so honored to be a nominee for the Dragon. Unforgettable experience.
