Okay Compadres….I know that we’re all concerned about Dave Roberts’ wellness after the savage attack perpetrated upon him one of the last times he was at Petco. With time and self-reflection, I think he’ll be okay.

Sending you good thoughts Jen. We lost our doggie a bit ago, but I keep a picture of this guy on my phone because he cracks me up. I wanted to adopt him desperately, but someone else got to him first. I hope he’s having an amazing life.

Ninja is how my youngest son started his baseball fandom. When he finished his first year of college in Chicago this past May, we put up a scoreboard message for him at Wrigley for SD vs Cubs. We went back to where it all began….
