Oatmeal raisin cookies. I didn’t have a lot of the ingredients today so I would have had to buy raisins, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon. The total was about $17, so I donated that amount to the Patricia Ann Cargill Charities - PACC. Match me and have your good deed done for the day!

The last 2 years I’ve done November baking for no kid hungry. I’m changing methods this year. I’m looking at how much I’d have spent on ingredients and am donating that amount. This week, fixings for chocolate chippers to the local foodbank. $11 total.

Buyer beware. I got this book off Amazon but didn’t pay enough attention. It is a fake. It appears that someone used AI to pick out the major points. The result is a horrible rendition of this memoir. The book should be 400 pages. What a shame.
