I wish this conversation talked about which vaccines have been exonerated and which ones are still lacking robust proof of lack of association with autism, rather than vilifying people, no matter what their history or agenda is. We need mature debate for public health credibility rebuild.

Hypothesis:(for non diabetics) Since insulin resistance significantly raises Covid susceptibility, let's avoid our morning insulin spike? Reverse our early metabolic disease: Protein and fibre for breakfast(eggs, meat, veggies) No sugar/grains. Alternatively don't break(the)fast til later.Thoughts?

Hey Denis, I'm wondering what you think of this- Covid19 is the most studied virus ever, and we are incredibly alert to it. The influenza virus has contributed to many deaths, but comorbidities meant it often didn't make the death certificate. Confirmation bias -> overestimation? If so, how much?

Sorry to hear about your long Covid Kent. Hopefully they will discuss markers of low grade inflammation (cytokines) , mechanisms of mitochondrial repair and insulin resistance as some of the known underlying factors and the appropriate staged lifestyle measures that help.
