It’s also about distracting from the Epstein files, Venezuela, tariffs, and affordability. Anti-Trans messaging was very effective for these hate- mongers in 2024, so they’re bringing it back when all of the rest of their messaging is failing.

Because surely every genius with a great idea can scrounge up $1M! It’s just a modern day Horatio Alger story, adjusted for inflation, with a little grift thrown in.

WHAT? Trump committed fraud? WHAT’S that? You say it’s the same kind of fraud he’s accused his political enemies of committing? No doubt this revelation will “shock” his supporters AND the media.

Is he or is he not the world’s oldest Make-A-Wish kid? (My sincerest apologies to actual Make-A-Wish kids)

Turkeys have been a loss leader for grocery stores for at least the last 50 years! It’s not now, nor has it ever been the go-to measurement of inflation or affordability. And this guy’s the next Fed Chair? God help us.

Who exactly checks ANY White House website, and WHY?

In other words, in addition to idolizing dictators, Trump feels a strong kinship with leaders who break the law, and are held accountable for their lawlessness.

Like all “official” statements, it includes the requisite Biden mentions.

I’m old enough to remember the 1st Trump administration blaming a lack of Covid testing kits on the Obama administration.

Two possible meanings - he’s lying, or “the fix” is in.

Further evidence of the end of network journalism. The lack of follow-up questions is driven by corporate direction combined with the interviewer’s desire to protect their own future in a shrinking business.

By Monday, it will make his list of “wars ended!”

Few things demonstrate media supplication quite like teeing up the 3rd term trolling BS. Maybe ask if he’ll convert the West Wing to a memory care unit in preparation?

Not sure this is accurate. MAGA Mike’s “job” is to make daily TV appearances flanked by other “working” republican members of congress where they smugly lie before the cameras. I’m sure he’s missed very few of the last 93 days by that measure.

Have we reached the point where we can replace the Sunday “shows” with cartoons or maybe mind-numbing infomercials? Although upon further thought I suppose any show featuring Mike Johnson is a cartoonish infomercial.

You know Trump will preemptively pardon ALL of his accomplices / enablers and the media (if they even exist in 2029) will say Biden set the precedent by pardoning Milley, Fauci, et. al.

Aside from tax cuts for wealthy Americans and corporations, what pray tell is a republican “program?”

Sadly, the worst part of this will be after these flimsy cases are thrown out and the maga hordes are unleashed on the judges and their families.

Can someone please ASK him for just one example of these 1000% price decreases?? Just one time. Please?

I have to think at certain pledge levels donors can book weddings, etc. and perhaps for a few extra $$ even get Trump to DJ?
September 25, 2025 at 7:34 PM
Kimmel should offer to match whatever personal donation Trump has already made.

Sadly, this tactic has been working for him. He’s effectively shut down any critical reporting by CBS, NBC, and ABC while oligarchical ownership at the Washington Post just ran off or fired all of their best opinion writers. If the NYT caves, he’ll use DOJ to silence independents one by one.

“Late” or not, I don’t think rate cuts are going to ignite the building of factories in the US. There are too many other uncertainties. Even companies who verbally commit to building will slow walk any Capex.
