Sometimes in life we will feel exposed but exposure or vulnerability can safe us. When we get rid of burdens, we are able to focus on grounding ourselves and preparation for new challenges.

Take a minute and look at the big sky. Realize that your trials are momentary. Day will change to night. The storm will clear up.
