I am not sure if I am losing my mind but has anyone noticed the change to the US Flag on the government websites? In the upper-hand left corner, there is a US flag on each page. The flag has only 9 stars like the Confederate flag had. Go to usa.gov IRS.gov SSA.gov etc.... Why it was changed?

Why? I feel like the Penguin won the Presidency and is appointing all of the other Batman villains into office, the Joker, the Riddler, Catwoman, Harley Quinn, ClayDace, Two-Face, Poison Ivy, etc...
