Kopis struggles to a trait to love about herself but at best it would be her ability to adapt. Hate, her ineptitude in combat. For she wasn't good enough to save her friends

And as a bonus Curiosity loves his blacksmithing creativity, hates how constantly paranoid he is.

Alba loves her creativity but hates her inability to show restraint when impassioned.

Matcha loves her love for people and creatures! Hates how her form often makes people scared of her.

Bellamy loves they ease they are able to talk with most people. They have repressed the thought, but they hate the fact that they let injustice occur to keep up the facade of being ever joyful.

Kipuu loves her resourcefulness to live off the land, but hates their social anxiety.

Amelia loves her free spirit nature, despite hardships. To her those are necessary to stay free. But she hates her inability to feel/read her own emotions.

Avis loves their flexibility of form. Being able to express any physical traits they want. They hate their inability to express emotions.
