She walked the roads with stars in her eyes, Under the open, ever-changing skies. With every step, her heart would sing, A melody bound to the freedom she'd cling. Through deep forests and vast cities, She chased the echoes of dreams long past. Wandering, she sought a place to belong, But the path grew quiet, her steps less strong. The maps she carried began to blur, Landmarks lost in a restless stir. The roads she trusted faded away, And the guiding stars refused to stay. Now the winds pull her where they will, Her voice is quiet, her soul is still. No longer a wanderer with a choice, Adrift, she follows a voiceless voice. The seas of doubt, the tides of fear, Carry her far, yet keep her near. To a place unmarked, a space unknown, Where she is lost, but not alone. For in the drift, a truth takes form, In chaos, she finds a quiet storm. The girl who wandered may not yet be free, But adrift, she learns who she’s meant to be.
