The game itself sucks and I distinctly remember back then thinking "oh wow the graphics are so good, well who cares because the game sucks". I think I took it for granted that big budget games will naturally just have good and well optimized graphics...

IDGI it's a motorsports game(not an ordinary car game) so it obviously would never have a licensed soundtrack and no music at all in-game
