This is Oliver. Oliver came to live with Poppy and me from a shelter on Saturday. I love him already, but boy, howdy, I had forgotten how much energy 5 month old kittens have. Poor Poppy.

Poppy is getting a baby brother, Oliver, today. She’s been my baby girl since I got her from the same rescue shelter 3 years ago, so I’m both nervous and excited. I have shown her pictures and videos of him. They’re transporting him from across the state this afternoon. Happy Caturday to me!

Poppy is not in the mood to wish everyone Happy Caturday. I don’t blame her, but I have things to do. Enjoy your day Poppy.

I’m sharing a garden box behind our apartment building and just picked my first tomato! It looks huge but it’s just a little cherry tomato. It doesn’t take much to make me happy these days.🍅

I’m watching The Handmaid’s Tale, finally. I took a picture of the TV screen so it’s a little wonky, but given the threats being made and what’s happening already, this image gives me chills.
