My father was a pharmacologist and received and later reviewed nicotine research through the NIH. This not only puts people out of work but also stops the research that is helping treat and cure disease!!

Actually, my sister sat on a jury for a black man charged with a FELONY for filing out the form incorrectly. He was acquitted but I wonder if this has happened elsewhere.
