pumpkaboo seems to be a weird case; normally shinies will be stored properly but just won't spawn in unless its their proper time of day. it probably has to do something with how the storage system interacts w the size variants

just fyi, shiny pumpkaboo seem to be removed from shiny storage during day/night transitions, so make sure you check the area carefully before that occurs!

their shiny status should be saved properly if you're spawning/despawning them during the same time of day.

the espurr line's shinies are sooooo cute i got a shiny female meowstic on my team rn :3

i did eventually get it!! it just took like 48 hours and nearly an entire box of other shinies (not including skiddo and mareep)

the fletchling and two emolga were the most frustrating bc those were where dedenne was supposed to spawn LOL
