It was an unreasonable use of deadly force. Lyoya didn’t “disarm” the officer. He pushed the taser away both times it was deployed (which rendered it useless - except for drive stun mode which would NOT incapacitate officer). Lyoya was on the ground, on his stomach & shot in the back of his head.

I’m going to borrow your finger idea! We’re doing bridge takeovers every Friday and we get a lot of ‘birds’ driving by. One of the signs I have now (designed for this purpose) says side a) fascism used to be un- American & if they flip the bird, I flip my sign to side b) don’t be a nazi
