On this last day of Women's History Month, here's some info on why the Equal Rights Amendment is still not included in published versions of the Constitution as the 28th Amendment.

Enough states have ratified the ERA. Does that mean it's part of the Constitution?
First introduced in 1923, the Equal Rights Amendment has met the requirements for ratification. But its constitutionality is still an open question.
