Yes, I know, a friend of mine lived a few years near phoenix and he told me so.
Lot of snow? Sadly not, the snow in Germany is getting less and less every year. We're happy if we see a few snowflakes for at least 2-3 days. Only in the low mountain ranges and the Alps is there still a lot of snow.
