I think it's important to understand about life in general that it's ok to just try to be "MORE" without actually succeeding in it even one time. That's the one thing where process is more important than result. You're doing your best and that's what matters!

Меньше аренды конечно, но часто тоже не очень маленькие. В Финляндии к примеру может быть и 300 евро (при цене аренды в 600-800) .
