Scottish fundraiser. Enjoys sound people, comedy, film and nonsense. Here for a nice social media experience until Bebo makes its belated return.
Last night’s Iron Maiden gig is just sinking in now - incredible. Even more incredible is that my now 40 year old carcass managed to run from the Hydro to the train station in around 25 minutes afterwards! 😅

Cannot believe that after a lengthy absence from Ibrox I chose, of all the games, to go back today. Not sure the manager can survive that. #rangers #scottishcup

Busy morning! Took partner to gym then picked up some delightful pastries from Mario Patisserie in Leith 🤤
Two cracking LPs from Leith Collective in the haunted Ocean Terminal 👻
Then a couple of books from Granton Library.
Also got lunch from the amazing Ma Roberts!

A weekend of variety at the cinema. #flightrisk was a bit of mad fun, with the finest skull cap ever seen on film. And I’ve seen some poor reviews for #saturdaynight but I personally loved it! #filmsky

Film 5 of the year - #ACompleteUnknown

The story of Bobby Mumbles, which seems to be that he’s a bit of a bellend. Watchable, decent stuff. Chalamet fantastic as always. Ed Norton and Monica Barbaro tremendous. 7/10

#weliveintime probably wasn’t the film to watch after receiving some sad news today. Hilariously found myself weeping while Andrew Garfield had a fancy starter in a posh restaurant! 😂 #filmsky

Film number 3 of the year - Nosferatu. Fell asleep twice. Stylistically great and featured the always enjoyable Willem Dafoe but overall a bit of a slog. 6/10

Lovely day taking in the #womeninrevolt exhibition at the Modern Two in Edinburgh, then to see #arealpain - Jesse Eisenberg’s new film. A good 8/10 kind of day!

4th Christmas dinner since Sunday and was reunited with a great pal at the same time. What a day!

Had a lovely time strolling through a very quiet Edinburgh this morning.

And not because I’m one of these confused, desperate men* who are still shopping on Xmas eve, because I fancied a walk!

*I have been one of these men in the past.
