If you haven't tried anything soulsborne/Miyazaki, I'd always recommend those for RPG(Dark Souls Trilogy), but in case you have already, you could try some sibling games to them like
The Surge or Nier Automata if you haven't played those. Neither are Soulslike, but they have a similar feel of sorts.

PSP was incredible. Many memories playing Untold Legends and even watching the music videos that came with it. Definitely a goal to own one again and not ever sell it this time. 🙏🏻

Regarding anybody stating the amount of money they've made, you don't have to believe them because they could be lying their asses off for one thing. Regardless of their stature, everybody lies. Voiceover reddit has posts once a week talk about making 100K a year with the OP named "CallofDutyGod7"

Luck is one of the biggest factors in the VA world. Obviously not to say the most talented don't get cast the most because of their talent, but there's definitely many more factors than just talent that come into play in many VA casting scenarios. Convenience is a huge one.

/So basically, it sounds like that was the only type of voice acting they'd ever done and now they have no idea what to do because they don't actually have legit experience or talent in the field as a whole.

Money doesn't necessarily equal talent at all in the voiceover world. I quite literally just seen a VA state they lost one of their VO jobs of over 7 years that was their main source of income. Then they went on to ask "how do you find clients and can you manage a life/work balance doing VA?"...\

I've seen many I could recommend, but possibly not the type you like from what I've seen you talk about? I haven't watched many slasher films. I've watched a lot of psychological/thriller/poltergeist stuff.
"Last Shift" would be a big one for me that would fall under those descriptions. 👍🏻:)

I wasn't aware theaters even did this...LOL Although I've been to less than like 5 movie showings in my life, so I'm not surprised I didn't know. Hell, I'd watch Wedding Crashers in theaters again though. It's not a bad choice in my opinion. Movie is hilarious and has great performances. 🤩

I don't really recall any actor saying they didn't like working with him, more so just kinda "eye raised" his antics. Directors and staff I don't know. Honestly, it's quite a mystery just like him.

And discovering K-Pop. Like just in general. There's something about K-Pop idols. They have a draw and bring comfort and a sense of pureness. It seems to me everybody can find a group/groups that'll they'll just love practically unconditionally. And I had found mine. They help a lot honestly. 🤍

Naw, that's a legit vibe for real unfortunately. I have a lot of creative mediums like making content, voice acting and playing guitar. Those have definitely been the driving force in life for me these days. I don't hate my day job either, but it just pays garbo. Classic blue collar work in the U.S.

Finally a dev who admits it. I'm a VA and many like myself, lose count of how many times we've heard this and unfortunately, more often than not in the indie field, we hear this AFTER we complete our lines and then it's "Not having the time" or something. But not before it's an unpaid role as well.

I've questioned that feature as well. Could possibly be understaffing, so even if you click show less, nothing happens because there isn't anybody available to adjust your feed possibly or that it's just not as efficient as it would imply. I still get (A) (I) art even when I've clicked show less. 🤔
