Peaceful Intentions is an isekai series where the protagonist, Rein, struggles to wield his powers. It's difficult to use magic when the rebound hurts you as much as it hurts your target. It is an isekai novel where the protagonist wishes to live a peaceful life, but his actions keep leading him further from that goal. It's got swords and sorcery and a bunch of light novel tropes. If you're a fan of isekai light novels, then hopefully there's something in there for you!
