Seeing my trainees flourish at #SSIB2025 is special. @ssibsociety.bsky.social always does such an amazing job centering the work of early career investigators.Thrilled that @basedownloh.bsky.social won the Harry R Kissileff Award for outstanding talk by a postdoc and we could celebrate as a team.

My favorite figure from the paper? That's a tough call...but I'm going with Figure 8 - which tracks dopamine cell body activity to sucrose across multiple conditioning and extinctions sessions..but don't sleep on Figure 9 which relates the responses to behavioral reactivity!
