Just your average overworked union lawyer.
Two days ago my @ridebluebikes.bsky.social key was stolen.

At 6:02 PM Blue Bikes told me they had “pause[d my] account” after I contacted them about it.

Three hours later, someone used that “paused” key to steal a bike in Somerville.

History is repeating itself here

Seriously, who is this for? What could either of these people possibly have to offer on the topic of “civility”?

Whoever organized this should feel embarrassed, frankly.

Let’s keep in mind, this is the same CVS that pumped America full of opioids through fraudulent prescriptions.

Why do we keep letting them get away with it? It’s the same playbook over and over again: pump up their profits through fraud, then file for bankruptcy when they get caught.

It’s genuinely infuriating that CVS gets to (1) poison seniors with drugs they don’t need, (2) steal from the public, then (3) wipe away the liability through bankruptcy.

Hey #bospoli, is it legal for Frank Baker to have this loud, obnoxious truck parking next to polling locations begging for votes? 🤔

I’m in the middle of a Divorce Double Feature when I see the trailer for Will Arnett’s’s new movie, is this thing one?

I think we need to have a cultural conversation regarding a big break up.

Is it just me, or does that totally look like a giant middle finger made of cash being flipped to the entire city of Boston?

I decided my reward for taking the bar exam will be leaving society like Henry David Thoreau and going for a little camping trip on Spectacle Island 🏕️

This would have made the F1 movie so much cooler.

You’re telling me that Josh Kraft, the guy whose billionaire daddy bought him a $2.35 million condo just so he could run a vanity campaign, is opposed to a tax on luxury property sales???

I’m really shocked & surprised that this “man of the people” would be acting in the interest of the wealthy.

The Patriot Way: Having someone in their 20’s keep you on message in the most awkward and telling way possible.

Wait, why did no one tell me that Chilacates is opening a location at Dot Block? This is so important.

Deploying the military in the U.S.? Illegal.
Arresting people for exercising free speech? Illegal.
Violating due process? Illegal.

No human being is illegal.

David Huerta, an SEIU leader, was abducted by ICE for defending workers’ rights. This is fascism, and we will fight back.

So was there any organizing that went into this? Any discussions with stakeholders like UMass Boston? Any planning whatsoever?

Or is this just a press release? Let’s see if we get results for the neighborhood.

Power isn't given only to the Mayor, as Rep. Moran would have us believe.

Power is given to the community first through public hearings, then to the city council to craft a licensing strategy that works for us.

Instead, he wants all the power to stay behind closed doors on Beacon Hill. #bospoli

These cuts to SNAP don’t “save” money. This isn’t an “accomplishment”. This is a travesty.

People will starve, which apparently is an accomplishment to Politico!

So, if “nobody [in the cash market] had the rent to income ratio” and you had to lower rents, then that lower rent IS the market rate.

You’re getting ABOVE market rate when you rent to someone with a voucher.

The fastest train in the world can take you from Boston to Portugal in just 110 minutes.

I’m very excited to be on the first South Coast Rail train to Fall River! Planning on breakfast at Al Mac’s to make the experience complete.

Going back through Ralph Fiennes’s flawless IMDb page and I think we need to bring Liberty’s Kids back. Let’s get the children taught up on revolting against kings.

People want things to change though. There’s majority support for EVERY idea to reform our housing and development systems. We need to throw every idea at the wall to see what works. Stop listening to the NIMBYs—they’re holding us back from a mandate to get more built and bring costs down.

In a similar way, it’s unsurprising that Local Homeowners are deemed least responsible for the housing crisis and a concept is to blame. A homeowner isn’t going to blame themselves! Pay no mind to the minority of NIMBY local homeowners who block new development and hold back zoning reforms.

43% of respondents believe their home value is going up while 73% see housing prices going up.

Is a home a house with a value that is a price? I think this is an interesting disconnect between how people perceive themselves in relation to society around them.
