The Winners of the contest had their entered CAC drawn by members of Akira Toriyama's Art team and were given in-game Wallpapers that only the Winners would recieve.
They're accessible through Save Editing though. If I hosted a Lobby, there's a chance the Wallpaper would appear for other players.
