The usual haunt with a favorite saké import. Tamagawa Yamahai Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu "Red Label". (21% ABV) The first sip is the make or break on this one for most folks. Much umami and super enjoyable.

Saké flight from Sushi Nabe. Black Skull is still a favorite out of the flight and I thoroughly enjoyed the Ryoko offerings. Both stood their own. The dry nama was incredible and refreshing. Juice was clean and fruit forward/bright. All of these are quite complex to me and we’re super enjoyable.
