Went to the loo in the middle of the night. Fell asleep, toppled off and cut my nose on the bath panel, gave myself a slight concussion and broke my foot. A&E doctor laughed, then laughed even harder when they found out I worked in orthopaedics.

I’m so so. Having tests because tiredness and fatigue have been much worse the past few months and getting abdominal pain. Taking ages though. Got ultrasounds in about five weeks. Hopefully just a flare of something deeply unglamorous.
