😮💨 I was doing my grocery shopping tonight & saw that Woolworth’s in Australia is now importing US butter.
No thanks. I don’t know if the virus is active in dairy but I’ll choose the more $$ Australian Made product for now.

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve looked in the mirror in the last few weeks & wanted to go back & have a strong word to my younger self about knowing your own truth & sticking to it, not being conditioned.

This resonates with me so much right now it’s scary.

Women are sub class members of society & therefore expendable (esp to other women).
Safely I’ve learnt this the hard way over the last 17yrs of post viral illness, in family & at work.

Salad in a jar ideas 👇 . Truely, they’re a godsend. Ppl pick one & eat. They’re a bit more work to set up beforehand than a bowl but are great for picky eaters.

I use her KISS method when catering lunch (trying to work this out this morning for work Xmas party I’m catering).
A few salads in a jar (prep before, they last like a dream), various meat/seafood/vegan option on a bbq, nibbles & a couple of deserts/fruit to choose from.
Add bread & sauces.
