The local weather didn't help either. A wild wind, rain, and a hailstorm took out the power and caused significant damage in town. We have our power back, but a lot of people are in the dark tonight.

Good morning, Tracy. And, thank you for the flowers. The holiday feels more like a death watch than a celebration at this point. But, your gorgeous flowers made me smile. 🥰💮🌼

Hi Alan just checking in. I hear you about family. Helping out family is great as long as they don't take advantage of you. My house is the landing place when needed. 😊My container gardening got put on hold recently. My water heater leaked and flooded the basement. What a mess that was. Take care!

You have a caring heart. I am blessed to have met you here.

I'm so sorry to worry you. I have so many things going on that I haven't been able to check in. There has been no storm damage; it's just the normal power outages. Things should calm down for me next month, and hopefully, I will be back on more. I look forward to talking then. Take good care, Alan.😊

Parents are going to take a active roll in countering the lies at home. I wish more parents were able to home school.

I have been stocking up for months now. I expect empty shelves and overpriced items. I haven't planted a garden since before COVID. So, I have a big job ahead of me. I'm going to plant mostly in containers this year and work on building raised beds for next year closer to the house.

I like that plus mark so you can continue typing a second reply and send them at the same time. We are supposed to get a wicked storm tonight with 70mph wind gusts and 1" hail. Our Gov. put out a warning statement about it. I expect the power to go out and hope my roof survives.

HI, Alan! It's so nice to hear from you! It's been a while. My winter hibernation is over, so I've been outside a lot. I'm preparing to plant some tariff veggies. We had frequent snows, but thankfully only got snowed in a few times. All my best to you, and hopefully we'll talk again soon.

I'm a hawk also.

Gorgeous colors, Jean! Thanks for sharing some natural beauty. It's the perfect day for it. It's 27 degrees, windy and the second day of snow showers in the misty glen. Hope you're having a terrific Tuesday!

I agree with you it won't last forever. My grandson and I were just talking about how long it could take. lol

I believe it will be a long process to earn back the trust we had because we, as a country, let this happen.

Glad you got diagnosed quickly, Shiboof, so treatment can begin.

I love those face shots! The butt shot is adorable too.

That one looks like it's talking to you. So, cute! 🥰

😂 I didn't see it until I zoomed in. 😂

How cute! 🥰

They sure do except for stuff like how to mow the lawn without missing spots and what goes in the recycling bin. 🤣

I never drank the stuff, even way back when. Someone told me it had the same amount of potassium as cow pee. I could never get that thought out of my head.

I am sure my grandsons have found many ID ten T errors on my electronics. 😂

It's definitely not something I want to interact with.
