There is certainly a ton of overlap there for me for sure! I am trans because I am a female wolf. So by expressing myself and depicting my wolfself in therian or furry art it really hits on all parts of my identity (including sometimes sexuality). Being a furry is definitely a natural fit for me 🩵

Yeah I am a therian and a furry. Is obvious why being a therian would make me be more into furry themes, but they are still separate. My species dysphoria was hurting me long before I found out about furries and even longer before I joined the fandom myself.
