I just remembered why I purchased an 8-Cup glass measuring cup a couple of years ago... it was so I didn't have to use my large, difficult to handle when hot, glass bowl when making peanut brittle. Things with handles are SO much easier to deal with when they are hot.

I'm sad to say, today is the day I finished off the last of the #CokeEnergy cans I had. I liked them over a number of other popular energy drinks as they didn't taste as sweet, nor gave me the jitters if/when consumed on an empty stomach.
