sometimes getting focused on your story can be really difficult when you're not altogether sure how to continue. So I'd still advice what i said before :P Or use some co-working tactics.

Maybe it helps if you read through the last paragraph(s) of your story, grab your outline, and try and think ahead to the next paragraph. Maybe just the next sentence. Make the writing as small as possible.
