It's sad how once the workweek begins, there isn't a blip of a mention of the protests from the weekend. Protests don't seem to do anything in this country. There is nothing that happens after them.

It's now two months of being out of work. I have barely enough energy to turn on my computer these days. It's all just so unfair and frustrating.

Employers, if you have an "internal candidate" in mind for a position, please don't post the job externally. It's extremely frustrating as a job seeker to go through multiple rounds of interviews over several months only to get the message that you went with said internal candidate.

It's been over a month since I've been out of work. Getting harder and harder to get out of bed in the mornings. Really wish someone would hire me.

It's so hard to find a therapist who accepts insurance (ignoring the awful state of healthcare in this country). I'm sick of paying out of pocket. Gonna have to start talking to my stuffed animals for therapy at this rate.

My hodophobia is SO bad today...either that or it's just a fucking mosaic of emotions of saying goodbye to my friend, thinking about the fun time we had, worrying about the upcoming week at work...
