I wonder if this is the same playbook Putin and his surrogates employed to justify the invasion and annexation of Ukraine and Crimea, respectively. The notion that we suddenly become unsafe unless we acquire Greenland or seize control of the Panama Canal is utterly ridiculous.

It is utterly astonishing to me how many unions and union members voted for Trump thinking he would be for them. So now it looks like Trump’s replacing Lina Khan with some pro-biz bozo. So much for not endorsing Kamala for not committing to keeping her on as FTC chair
