Probably more loose guidelines than "forbidden" items. Anakin uses a knife to cut the pear during dinner in Episode2, and the huge vehicles in Episode3 have wheels. The Mandalorian whips out a knife to fight from time to time. Since I remember them both I guess they do stand out.
