To be honest, when I think elden ring I think dark souls 4. Or more apt, a "fromsoft game".
There are a lot of souls likes, but way FS portrays them in a cohesive way. That's not a bad thing though.
Bloodborne is the most visually unique to me currently, mainly due to the setting.
