Theyre not the prettiest but I made a spiced orange juice like, curd-ish mixture with butter, lime juice, orange juice, and spices that I reduced down and thickened with corn starch slurry. I put it on top of puff pastry, and added not-quite-candied orange peels and baked them and they're rly good
