45's cabinet were idiots and criminals. Every cabinet appointment was replaced at least once.

These are loyalists. Many hold multiple positions. All are financially or electorally strategic.

The VP again becomes Acting President. A 48-hour clock starts to convene Congress. A vote to remove must happen within 21 days or the President resumes power. A super-majority vote is required in both the House (290) and Senate (67) for the Acting President to become President. No vote, no removal.

The President has 4 days to contest and immediately resumes the Office. The first step must repeat: VP and a majority of the department heads deliver a letter to the same two people in Congress: House Speaker Mike Johnson, and Senate President pro tempore, Chuck Grassley.
